Unbeatable location! This newly renovated, cosy and bright apartment is only 100 m away from the ski lifts, taking you straight into the skiing and hiking paradise of the Schmittenhöhe.

The town center and the beautiful Lake Zell can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.

Room layout:
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso Coffee Machine)
- lounge/dining-area with sleeper couch (can sleep 2)
- arge TV with satellite channels
- bathroom with WC and shower
- large, sunny-south facing balcony with views of the mountain, the lake is just visible too

Additionally:
- a ski locker room is available in the basement
- underground parking space (Width: 200cm / Height: 209cm) for ONE SMALL CAR

However, there is public parking (€21 per day) just round the corner.

Wohnung ist gut gelegen , schöner Ausblick,gut eingerichtet, sauber, Kommunikation mit Gastgeber problemlos. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden, schöner großer Balkon.Vielleicht etwas zu klein für eine 4- köpfige Familie, gerade das Bad war beengt. Wohnung eher für ein Paar geeignet.Zur Zeit von unserem Aufenthalt wurde das Dach neu gedeckt und und die Wohnung nebenan renoviert. Das wussten wir vorher nicht und hat uns oft geweckt und gestört. Verständlich dass Renovierungsarbeiten statt finden, jedoch hätte man uns vorher informieren können. Für den hohen Preis haben wir uns geärgert, da man sich nicht richtig erholen konnte.Auf Nachfrage bei der Agentur, keine Kulanz, keine (zumindest )teilweise Rückzahlung und Erklärung,dass sie auch nichts von Renovierungen wussten. Schade, dass man nicht bereit war etwas zurück zu zahlen. Hätten wir von der Renovierung vorher gewusst, hätten wir für den Preis etwas anderes gebucht!
