This cosy chalet combines the typical Austrian- alpine architectural style with a very stylish and tasteful interior. Offering breathtaking views over Lake Zell and the beautiful mountain scenery, you are guaranteed an unforgettable holiday experience!

Located on a small hill in the outskirts of Zell am See, amenities are all within easy access.

The town centre is 0.9 km away and the Zeller lake, where various summer and winter sporting activities can be enjoyed, is within easy reach.

For US travelers - note the differences in bathroom descriptions: WC is just a room with a toilet - sometimes with a sink. Bathroom means sink and shower/bath and sometimes toilet.- A little confusing Also the Zell am See Guest Card and Guest Mobility tickets are two separate tickets on the Zell am See app. The guest mobility ticket is fantastic - free public transportation in Salzburg area for any guests staying in any type of accommodations,. Check it out before planning travel logistics. It was a game changer! The staff at Alpen Apartments is superb. They were quick responding to my many questions via phone call, text or email. They were so very nice and so very very helpful!

Great view of the lake and mountains and a spacious chalet although the kitchen and fridge are small for 6 adults. It is about 200mts from the main road but up a very steep hill if you are on foot , its a pleasant 10 minute walk into town alongside the lake. Had an amazing holiday with our children and grandkids with so much to do in the area.

We had a great week here hanging out together! A few things worth noting for future guests:The main bathroom on the first floor could use a little attention. The shower screen doesn't keep the water contained, so worth being mindful of that. Also, the photos make the place look a touch nicer than it is in person, though it was still a lovely space to stay in with a beautiful view of the lake.Communication with the management company was easy and responsive via WhatsApp. One small note: only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided, though this was communicated in advance so no surprises there. The bins had been left full by previous guests when we arrived, but they were emptied the next day and someone reliably came round to put them out and bring them back in.The kitchen prep space is on the smaller side if you're planning to cook a lot, but it was fairly well equipped otherwise. The one recurring hiccup was hornets coming in most evenings around 9pm - a bit of an adventure chasing them out, but not enough to dampen an enjoyable stay overall.

Toller Urlaub

Das Häuschen war sehr schön und sauber eingerichtet, mit insgesamt 4Toiletten und 3 Duschen und einer guten Küchenausstattung war die Unterkunft schon perfekt, die Aussicht allerdings hat alle vom Hocker gerissen und wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben.

Sehr schön modernisiertes Hausmittel tollem Blick auf den See. Schöner Wohn- Essbereich mit Panoramascheibe. Zwei große Terrassen mit Blick. Ausstattung ist ein bisschen einfacher. Ein Doppelzimmer geht zur Straße und Parkplatz, daher durch die Straßenbeleuchtung hell. Große schöne Sauna. Angenehme Fußboden Heizung. Guter Service, wenn etwas im Haus mit der Technik nicht funktioniert.
