Apartment 'Villa Prat Bras - T1 - Romantique' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi
Welcome to our romantic 4-star apartment at Villa Prat Bras, facing the Laïta beach at Le Pouldu. Nestled on the first floor of a characterful seaside house, it offers direct access to the garden and a breathtaking view from the beach to the island of Groix.
Enjoy the peace and quiet, the changing landscapes with the tides, and walks along the famous GR34 footpath, which passes right by the house and leads to the picturesque port of Doëlan.
We look forward to welcoming you all year round and sharing our local tips on restaurants, walks and activities. Free parking and high-speed WiFi included.
Not suitable for pets or babies.
The accommodation
The apartment is classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. It benefits from every comfort:
- A separate bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed 160 x 200, non-allergenic (feather-free & anti-mite).
A living room with sofa and lift-up coffee table
-A kitchenette equipped with all the essentials (coffee, condiments, etc.)
Nespresso and/or filter coffee machine
- A bathroom with a large 90x90 shower and customizable lighting ambience
Flat-screen TV

All linen is provided. This includes sheets, towels and tea towels.

Une charmante escapade bretonne
Pros: Tout comme la description l'indique, le lieu est charmant! L'appartement romantique est très agréable, la déco est super, on y est bien, confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il vous faut! J'ai apprécié la gentillesse d'Anna, et les petits bonus dans le frigo. On sort de la propriété et l'accès à la plage est direct. Le GR commence quelques mètres plus loin et cela permet de faire de belles balades. Pour chipoter, peut-être que des voilages aux fenêtres seraient plus cocoon. Comme précisé, la vue mer est "petite", elle serait plus visible avec quelques branches d'arbre en moins.
Pour terminer, la literie est parfaite : un grand lit douillet, avec des draps très doux, un matelas comme il faut et une couette bien moelleuse... Non vraiment, on y est bien!
