Nice villa in Mallorca.

The house is cute. Location is very convenient. Although not on the water front but it is few minutes away from all the main coves.

We had a lovely stay in Cala Egos. The villa provided little extras to make the start of the holiday really pleasant. The villa has lots of space. We enjoyed using the swimming pool. It is so close to the beach and the town. But it is situated on a quiet road.

Great house, great location

Lovely and spacious house perfectly located in a quiet area less than 5 min walk from the beach (both sand and rocks) and several restaurants, small supermarkets, ice cream shops, etc.. Great pool, nice terraces with sea view, well functioning kitchen and AC in both bed rooms and living room. Very easy to communicate with the host Beatrice both up-front and during our stay. We were allowed late check-out at no extra cost as the new quests were arriving the next day. Thanks for having us, we would rent this house again!

Wir haben als Familie die Villa Malik vom 3.8.25-10.8.25 gemietet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Besitzerin Frau Hunt war sehr hilfreich, sie hat uns alle nötigen Tipps für den Urlaub geschrieben. Das Einchecken lief problemlos, obwohl wir schon um 12 Uhr da waren, konnten wir bereits um 13 Uhr einchecken, da Frau Lynn Gibson, die Betreuerin, schon mit dem Aufräumen fertig war. Der Pool hatte im August die richtige Temperatur, er war erfrischend aber nicht kalt. Der Pool war zirka 1, 60 Meter tief mit größeren Kindern super, sie konnten tauchen und ich konnte schwimmen. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klimaanlagen Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer 1 und Schlafzimmer 2 funktionierten sehr gut. Die Terrasse im 1OG ist sehr schön, da kann man abends in Ruhe sitzen ohne von Nachbarn beäugt zu werden. Der Ort Cala Egos ist ruhig aber in 5 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar, da gibt es gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders hat uns die Ruhe gefallen und doch die Möglichkeit abends ins kleine Zentrum, auch ohne das Mietauto, zu laufen. Die Bucht in der Nähe Cala Egos ist zwar klein aber auch teilweise schattig, dadurch heizt im Sommer das Meer nicht so auf und man kann gut schwimmen. Auf der Straße vor der Villa Malik kann man gut parken, es ist immer etwas frei. Bei Fragen kann man die Eigentümerin Frau Hunt jederzeit kontaktieren.Wir empfehlen die Villa Malik auf jeden Fall weiter! Viele Grüße aus Stuttgart Familie Fischer
