The bedroom is a true sanctuary, complete with a king bed and an electric fireplace that sets the mood for a relaxing evening in. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides comfortable sleeping space for additional guests. Step out onto your private balcony and witness one of nature's most spectacular shows — the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean, painting the sky in brilliant color right before your eyes. Back inside, the full kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare home-cooked meals whenever you like, and the washer and dryer located in the hall bathroom make longer stays a breeze.

Both the living room and bedroom are outfitted with Smart TVs featuring live TV through YouTube TV, and complimentary WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay. You won't need to rush to the store when you first arrive — a starter supply of essentials is ready and waiting, including coffee, cooking supplies, cleaning products, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are also provided for your convenience.

The Pyramid building features elevator access and a refreshing outdoor pool available during the summer season. When hunger strikes, you're in luck — Lombardi's Pizza, Liquid Assets, and Blue Fish are all just a short walk away, and an Acme grocery store is conveniently located right across the street. Guests who bring a vehicle can take advantage of building parking for a one-time fee of $40 per stay up to one week, due at check-in.

Please be aware that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the property, and no pets are allowed under any circumstances, including emotional support animals. Before departing, guests are kindly asked to dispose of any trash using the nearby trash chute and to load and start the dishwasher with any dishes used during the stay.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.

Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.

Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.
