Perfectly positioned next to downtown, this beautifully appointed condo offers effortless access to Canmore’s shops, dining, and vibrant mountain-town energy, while also being surrounded by tranquil creeks and walking trails.



Guests can enjoy the best of both worlds: a peaceful setting with exceptional convenience. Two standout restaurants are located on site, including Bridgette Bar, with Hunter Steakhouse opening soon.



Inside, the home is thoughtfully curated for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The inviting living area features a gas fireplace, sofa bed, and flat-screen TV, creating a warm and stylish space to unwind after a day in the mountains. A private balcony offers a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee or evening air, while the fully equipped kitchen showcases modern stainless steel appliances for effortless dining in.



The king bedroom is designed as a calm, restful retreat, complete with its own flat-screen TV and an elevated sense of comfort. Guest Access:

Underground heated parking included. Parking garage maximum height 7'3"



Guests have access to the entire unit except for one locked supply closet. Building amenities include an indoor hot tub, gym, and underground heated parking (one parking spot is included for your stay, and there is also plenty of free street parking). In addition to the in-suite washer and dryer, the building offers further laundry facilities that can be used for a small fee.



*We do not have control over amenity closures. We will advise guests accordingly when made aware.



Your entry code will provide access to all exterior and interior common area doors as well as to the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.



Getting Around:

Our unit comes with one underground parking stall and there is also free street parking alongside the building and surrounding area.



There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and various shops and restaurants. Downtown Canmore is a short walk away with even more retail and dining options.



Canmore offers free local bus transportation on our ROAM Transit service, and easy access to Banff for a nominal fee. There are also many taxi companies available, including Three Sisters Taxi (our Welcome Binder lists a few options with contact information).

NOTE: Same day bookings have a 6 p.m. check in time. Should the unit be available earlier, we will advise as soon as possible.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
