Herzlich Willkommen im Ferienhaus Meerlust

Welcome to the "MeerLUST" holiday home, idyllically situated on a quiet street in the southern part of the island—just about 200 m from the natural beach. A swimming pier leads you directly into the refreshing waters of the Baltic Sea—without having to walk over rocks on the beach. With 66 m² of living space, you’ll find a lovingly and comfortably furnished home for up to 4 people—and your dog is also welcome! Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

In the cosy living room with a fireplace and the adjoining conservatory dining area, you can enjoy even cooler days in a comfortable atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen-living area offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed—ensure a restful night’s sleep. A modern shower room rounds out the living space.

A real highlight is the fenced-in garden with a furnished sun terrace—ideal for relaxing outdoors, breakfast in the fresh air, or barbecue evenings in the warm evening sun.

Marienleuchte is a small holiday community right on the east coast. From here, you can see the ferries sailing from Puttgarden—about 2 km away—to Denmark.

The imposing lighthouse is the largest on Fehmarn.Marienleuchte is a great place for biking, hiking, and fishing. Among anglers, Marienleuchte is always a good spot for cod or a tasty flounder. Marienleuchte is a particularly popular destination in the spring when sea trout come to the coast.

The beach at Marienleuchte is very popular with anglers. The best way to go swimming is to enter the water via the small pier. There, you can stand on sandy ground right away and don’t have to navigate the rocks along the shore.

When a real storm hits, surfers make this their spot, bravely launching themselves from the pier into the surf.

The capital, Burg, is about 6 km away—there you’ll find all the shopping options, restaurants, a cinema, petrol stations, and doctors.

Solides Ferienhaus in einer Toplage. Komplett eingezäunt, was einen Urlaub mit Haustieren perfekt macht. Könnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle ein wenig modernisiert werden. Das Ehebett bekommt eine klare 1. Dieses wurde bereits erneuert, so dass man dort sehr gut schlafen kann. Sauberkeit liegt im Auge des Betrachters, hier sehe ich noch ein wenig Luft nach oben. Nicht schlimmes. Ein wenig Staub, keine Haare oder Flecken. Der Garten könnte mehr liebe gebrauchen. Der Kamin bekommt klare Pluspunkte!

Leider entsprach nicht recht viel dem Inserat mit den Bildern. Der Garten war ungepflegt und man konnte sich dort nicht aufhalte , da entweder Mobiliar fehlte oder kaputt war. Auch die örtlichen Gegebenheiten stimmten nicht überein. Für Familien mit Kindern nicht gut geeignet. Aber es war alles sauber.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich nur mit dem Rudimentärsten ausgestattet, die Einrichtung und die wenigen vorhandenen Geräte hätten dringend mal ein update nötig. Der Garten und der Vorgarten sind eher ungepflegt, die Gartenmöbel abgenutzt und teilweise rostig.Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok, für 2 Wochen, auch bei schlechtem Wetter, eher weniger geeignet.

Schön, aber etwas lieblos.

Das Häuschen ist sehr schön und liegt traumhaft. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Als Minuspunkte muss ich allerdings etwas die lieblose Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien und Sanitärutensilien etc. anführen. Es ist wirklich nur das Nötigste da. Zudem hätten wir uns eine genauere Beschreibung bzgl. der Heizung gewünscht. Der Lichtschalter für den schönen Wintergarten ist etwas versteckt, da könnte man noch darauf hinweisen. Dennoch ein schönes Häuschen in traumhafter Lage zu einem fairen Preis.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub und auch ein schönes kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus zum erholen. Die Umgebung und die Ruhe (trotz Bausstelle in der Umgebung) war einfach fantastisch. Die Nähe zur Ostsee und dem Naturstrand, sowie zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Fehmarn einfach Perfekt. Auch alles sehr Hundefreundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem Hund dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Ostsee. Mit Hund fantastische Möglichkeiten zu Laufen, Hund darf an den (Stein-)Strand und auch ins Wasser. Einrichtung ist gut, ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Betten sind sehr bequem.
