Welcome to our "Holiday Apartment 5" in "Villa Düna" on Wangerooge! With three separate bedrooms and a large terrace, it’s the perfect getaway for a family holiday or a break with friends. With a spacious living area of 88 m², you’ll have plenty of room. Just a 5-minute walk, and you’re at the fine-sand beach!

Stylish furnishings in harmonious colours give the apartment an atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. You can relax wonderfully, especially in the cosy living room with a couch, TV, and CD player, as well as a separate reading nook with a selection of books. You can also organise game afternoons together; feel free to help yourself to our cabinet full of board games. Books for adults and children are also available. The wide window front with a direct view of the adjoining southwest-facing terrace floods the living room generously with sunlight and natural light.

The separate kitchen invites you to enjoy meals together while taking in the beautiful view outside. In the morning, the rolls brown in the oven, fresh coffee is brewed (coffee maker or Senseo)—and while you pack your backpack for the outing, the dishwasher takes care of the dishes. The built-in kitchen is also perfectly equipped for preparing snacks or dinner in the evening.

From the kitchen, you can step out onto the 48 m² south-west-facing terrace. Here you’ll find a beach chair and a dining set with a large table and five chairs, as well as a lounge set consisting of a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a table. That’s pure holiday vibes! The terrace is sheltered by the house and is half-covered, so you can enjoy the refreshing North Sea air even during a summer rain shower. There is also a small lounge set on the kitchen terrace for relaxing.

With three separate bedrooms, the holiday rental offers optimal layout options. Two of the rooms are furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), and one with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm). The rooms with double beds can be comfortably darkened using electric blinds. One of the rooms features two comfortable leather armchairs, perfect for reading or relaxing. The large second hallway is also furnished with a sofa and a well-stocked game cabinet and can be used as a quiet reading room.

The well-maintained, naturally lit bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, a sink, and a toilet.

A high chair, toys, and a cot are standard amenities in this family-friendly holiday rental (at no extra charge).

General Information: The apartment includes its own bike and laundry area. The large living room window has two separate electric blinds for blocking out light. The apartment is not available for rent during the winter months (approximately early November through mid-April).

The “Villa Düna” apartment building is located—as the name suggests—nestled within Wangerooge’s unique dune landscape at Anton-Günther-Straße 10a. When the wind is right, you can already hear the sound of the North Sea waves here. The large, fenced-in, and secluded garden exudes a sense of peace and harmony the moment you step onto the property.

“Villa Düna” is the perfect starting point for walks along the beach or through the dunes, for a stroll through Wangerooge’s town centre, or for a break at one of the cosy cafés and restaurants.

Across from the house is the beautiful Teichkurpark with its adjacent dune grove. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the fine-sand swimming and Burgenstrand beaches, the Kurhaus, the “Oase” indoor pool with heated seawater, and the beach promenade. For our younger guests, the “Adventure Playground” (outdoors) and “Kindersockenland” (indoors) are just a short walk away.
