Eine perfektes Penthouse mit guter Ausstattung. Lage sehr gut, eine Terrasse mit Meerblick. Lediglich eine Beleuchtung und etwas wie Überdachung / Sonnenschirm auf den beiden Terassen wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten alles topp.

Die Wohnung war super schön mit tollem Ausblick. Beide Terrassen riesig und mit Meerblick, leider noch zu kalt zum draussen sitzen. Tolle zentrale Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und ein paar Schritte in die Stadt. Klitzekleines Manko, Beschichtung der Pfanne ziemlich zerkratzt, Haus und Kellertüren sehr schwergängig. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt super zufrieden!!
