Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Gerne möchten wir einige Punkte richtigstellen:
1. Tür & Zugangssystem:
Unsere Wohnung ist mit einem modernen Nuki Smartlock ausgestattet. Dieses System funktioniert schlüssellos – die Tür wird einfach zugezogen und kann von innen verriegelt werden. Ein Abschließen von außen ist nicht notwendig und auch nicht vorgesehen. Viele Gäste schätzen diesen Komfort.
2. Schlafcouch für die fünfte Person:
Die Couch wurde leider erst kurz vor Ihrem Aufenthalt von den vorherigen Gästen beschädigt, was oberflächlich nicht sofort erkennbar war. Da direkt im Anschluss lediglich die Reinigung stattfand, blieb der Defekt zunächst unbemerkt. Sobald wir davon erfahren haben, wurde die Couch sofort ersetzt. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten möchten wir uns trotzdem entschuldigen – auch wenn uns in diesem Fall keine direkte Schuld trifft.
Was wir allerdings nicht ganz nachvollziehen können, ist die Vergabe von nur 3 Sternen, obwohl Sie selbst erwähnen, dass „alles okay und sauber“ war. Eine ausgewogene Bewertung hilft anderen Gästen ebenso wie Gastgebern.
Wir danken dennoch für Ihr Feedback und stehen bei Fragen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.

Schönes Wochenende in Hamm
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut erreichbar, sogar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, was bei Ferienwohnungen nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und er hat uns hilfreiche gastonomische Tipps gegeben.

Ordentliche Ausstattung, netter Vermieter, war alles gut.
Für fünf Sterne fehlte es
an Kleinigkeiten (sehr enge Wanne/Dusche, kein Bezug für Couch, Hinterhof und im Haus Baustelle)
