This apartment was recently completely redecorated and awaits you with
a fresh & modern design.

The location is excellent:
Audi, Continental, Schäffler, and other major companies are just a few minutes’ walk away. You can reach the old town in about 10 minutes on foot or conveniently by bus, which stops right outside the front door. The highway is just a 7-minute drive away, and Ingolstadt Village is only a stone’s throw away.

You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the wonderful
amenities this apartment has to offer.
You can check your emails at the height-adjustable desk. Simply connect your laptop directly to the external monitor we provide.

Upon arrival, the apartment welcomes you with a spacious entryway.
In the kitchen, you can let your creativity run wild: We provide a full set of appliances, including an induction stove, microwave, oven, plenty of dishes, and cooking utensils. With our basic selection of spices, vinegar, and oil, you can get started right away.

A large dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people.
When the weather is nice, you can eat at the large outdoor dining table on the quiet balcony or relax in the lounge. We also provide a patio umbrella here.

The bathroom is equipped with a large sink, a glass-enclosed shower, a magnifying mirror, and a hair dryer. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo.
A highlight is the bathtub, where you can relax even more.
The apartment features a second, lockable bathroom.

From the couch, you can enjoy exciting films and TV shows on the smart TV, which is also connected to a Netflix account.

In the evening, two comfortable box-spring double beds await you in two separate bedrooms. Look forward to a choice of two different pillows and fluffy bedding. We’ve lovingly decorated the bedrooms and living room with large photo wallpapers just for you.
With the comfortable pull-out bed, the apartment can accommodate a fifth and sixth guest in the bedroom, and a seventh and eighth guest on a sleeper sofa.

A washing machine and an ironing station are located in the building’s basement.
We offer you a private parking spot in a locked garage on the property.

We provide high-quality bed linens and towels. You’ll also find a welcome kit with coffee and tea, as well as a small toiletries kit.

You’ll be staying in the northwest part of Ingolstadt’s Old Town. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, guaranteeing you a peaceful and undisturbed night’s sleep. You’ll find restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so you’ll have everything you need for a wonderful stay in Ingolstadt.

Parking is available right next to the building. Public
transport is also nearby: The bus stop is right outside the front door, with two routes taking you towards the city centre/main train station and to Audi facilities. You’ll also find public- providers for electric scooters and bicycles.

From the main train station, you have direct connections to Munich and Nuremberg.

Audi and other major companies are just a few minutes’ walk away. You can reach the highway in 7 minutes. Ingolstadt Village is about 10 minutes away.

You can reach Munich Airport in 45 minutes.
