Every detail has been considered, including, restored original oak floors, central air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and stylish furnishings throughout.

A fire pit under the full moon, dinner al fresco, music and color therapy in the Infrared, reading in a hammock in the sun, birdwatching (songbirds and hummingbirds visit the Oasis daily) are all things I love and hope you will have the opportunity to experience here at Mid-City Oasis.

This coveted neighborhood is nestled atop a gentle hill in the middle of the city. Longwood Highlands is the perfect walking neighborhood, filled with peaceful, friendly neighbors and their dogs. Great sunsets, warm breezes and no condos in sight! It is walking distance to grocery shopping, coffee and many neighborhood eateries.

What makes this property unique

We have owned this property for over 60 years. It was built in 1923 and we have retained its California charm and great bones while totally renovating the interior. The property has its original oak floors, a Batchelder tile fireplace (distinctly Californian) and other distinct and original features, including several exterior crests and coat of arms that adorn the buildings smooth coat, these crests, a popular feature in California architecture of the 1920's.
