Relax in this cozy 2-bedroom villa close to Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. Recently renovated with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, new stainless-steel appliances, plus new tile and vanities in the bathrooms.

The Villa is just 0.8 miles from Coligny Beach, making it a scenic 14-minute walk or bike ride or an easy 3-minute drive. You will also find ample free parking and convenient bike racks at the beach. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the private open-air balcony with 2 lounge chairs, or unwind by the pool, conveniently located just steps from the villa.

We are on the third floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind!
