Relax in this cozy 2-bedroom villa close to Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. Recently renovated with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, new stainless-steel appliances, plus new tile and vanities in the bathrooms.

The Villa is just 0.8 miles from Coligny Beach, making it an easy 3-minute drive or a scenic 15-minute walk or bike ride. You will also find ample free parking and convenient bike racks at the beach. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the private open-air balcony with 2 lounge chairs, or unwind by the pool, conveniently located just steps from the villa.

We are on the third floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind!

Property was very nice, well provisioned and clean. The only negative was that there is not a closet in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it was perfect. We all enjoyed hanging in the living room and having a nice size table to enjoy breakfast. Location was perfect to park at Coligny Beach parking to catch the shuttles to the RBC Heritage!

Host was excellent and it was super clean but pool was closed until April 1st and listing didn’t mention that. We are beach people especially this time of the year but if I would have had small children I would have been disappointed that the pool was closed.

I arrived to check in at 4 pm and the room had not been clean. I contacted the host and two hours later my room was turned over to me. The room was still dirty, trash was not taken out, and sheets were not changed.
