Welcome to our beautiful and spacious newly remodeled Home. Just two miles from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Only 3.5 miles from downtown Bentonville. You will have full access to our 1850 sq ft 3 Bedroom 2 bath home. Including attached 2 car garage and large yard w/ privacy fence. We have a fully stocked kitchen with new, quality cookware. We offer a coffee bar with K cups and quality ground coffee and a variety of tea options. We include Shampoo, Body wash, and conditioner in both bathrooms. Washer and Dryer are brand new and stocked with detergent and fabric softener. We have tried to think of everything so all you need to do is relax and enjoy this incredible city.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
If staying on a Sunday night please roll large outside trash cans to grass in front of curb for Monday pick up.
If there Monday after pick up, please roll cans back to outside of house on garage side. Please load and run dishwasher prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Please respect our neighbors and keep volume down during those hours and be respectful at all hours. Thank you.
