The gas wasn't working in the house. The grass wasn't cut. When I arrived the driveway was blocked the eventually moved their car. We left and we came back it was blocked again. They did agree to a refund wit no problem. The house was a nice house just a terrible location.

Hi Darwin, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that your arrival did not go as expected. Unfortunately, the gas service interruption was outside of my immediate control, and I sincerely apologized when you brought it to my attention. Once the issue was reported, I worked with you promptly and agreed to provide a full refund so you would not be financially impacted. I also appreciate you acknowledging that the house itself was nice. I take guest concerns seriously and always strive to address unexpected issues fairly and promptly. I regret that the circumstances affected your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.
