Our lovingly furnished holiday rental (50 square metres) for up to 4 people is located on the outskirts of Waging am See, right on the edge of the forest, with an idyllic view overlooking Waging. It underwent extensive renovations in 2023 and is the perfect place for a carefree holiday at Upper Bavaria’s warmest swimming lake. Children are also very welcome here. The apartment spans two floors. On the ground floor, it features a cosy and fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pod machine, a tastefully furnished living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a towel warmer. Head up the spiral staircase to a small room with a French double bed. From there, you’ll enter a separate bedroom with its own bathroom. From the balcony, you’ll look out onto a natural flower meadow with old fruit trees. The apartment also includes a terrace in the courtyard, where you’ll certainly have plenty of opportunities to socialise. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

If you love peace and nature, our holiday rental is the perfect place for you. Nestled among the old fruit trees in the large garden, our Kneipp pool is available for you to enjoy. At the same time, the town of Waging am See is just a few minutes’ walk away (700 m). The town centre, with its variety of small shops, cafés, and restaurants, is ideal for strolling. The large beach is also just two and a half kilometres away. From our house, you also have easy access to numerous themed hiking trails and marked bike paths. Relax on your private terrace in the garden, or take advantage of the proximity to Salzburg (30 km) and Traunstein (10 km) for shopping and strolling. Lake Chiemsee is 22 kilometres away, and Berchtesgaden is 50 km away. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the house.
