The holiday rental features a living/sleeping area with a new, comfortable sofa that can be converted into a full-size double bed with a separate slatted frame and mattress if needed.

The living area of the holiday rental features a Full HD flat-screen TV with DTV digital television for guests. A TV armchair is also provided.

The apartment also features a dining table with 4 swivel chairs and a new, fully equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher, microwave, small oven, and freezer compartment). The living room opens onto a furnished southwest-facing balcony.

An iron and an ironing board are also available.

This beautiful holiday apartment also features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a nightstand with a radio alarm clock, as well as two additional chairs that can be used for storage or as extra seating in the dining area.

The holiday rental also includes a hallway with a storage nook and a shoe rack.
As well as a bathroom with a new shower/toilet and shelves with a mirror cabinet.

Shared laundry facilities with a washing machine are available in the complex (coin-operated), as well as bicycle parking spaces.

A private parking space (26/9) is located directly in front of the house.

Rentals over Christmas and New Year’s are possible for stays of 5 nights or more.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days prior to arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
