Holiday Home 15 is located in the beautiful, modern Gut Tossens holiday resort—newly built in 2018—just about 100 metres from the lovely beach on the Butjadingen North Sea peninsula. The house was renovated in April 2022 and now shines in new splendour. The holiday resort is ideal for every type of holiday and every age group—whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, or with children, you’ll find plenty of space and comfort to suit every need. From the resort, you can reach all major recreational facilities and amenities—such as the beach with its large children’s playground, the Aqua Mundo swimming pool at Centre Parcs, and the town centre with its shops and restaurants—in just a few minutes on foot or by bike. Using public transport—including bus and ferry connections—you can take lovely day trips and sightseeing tours to Nordenham, Eckwarden, Burhave, Wilhelmshaven, or Bremerhaven.

Holiday semi-detached house 15 (80 m²) for up to 8 people on the ground floor, upper floor, and attic (access via a steep staircase)

• Living area: flat-screen TV
• Kitchen: oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and silverware (including children’s), dishwasher, high chair
• 3 bedrooms: one room with two single beds, two rooms with one double bed and an extra bed, linens available upon request (windows with pleated blinds)
• Bathroom: large shower, towels available upon request, no hair dryer provided
• Terrace: outdoor furniture and grill
• Bicycle/equipment shed and charging station for e-bikes
• Car parking
• Free Wi-Fi
• Beach within walking distance



On-site costs: Final cleaning and utilities are included in the travel price; the visitor’s fee must be paid separately on site. Bed linens (€18.00 per person), towels (€9.50 per person), or a linen package (€21.00 per person) can be rented on-site if needed—please specify when booking—for a fee. A washing machine, dryer, and iron are available for a fee. There is also a bike and equipment shed, an e-bike charging station, and a parking space. A travel cot (without a mattress) for 19.00 € and a high chair for 7.00 € can also be provided on-site. Pets are allowed and welcome for an additional fee of 25.00 € (payable on-site).



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
