Guests can relax in the lovely living room, which includes an additional full bed for extra comfort. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, getting ready is a breeze. The space stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, this house provides a peaceful setting. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. You will love grilling, chilling and maybe a kayak on the beautiful, protected River! Sunsets are phenomenal!

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place trash in green town bags provided and put in bin marked "trash" near garage. Separate/rinse recyclables and place in marked bin near garage.

If possible, place used towels in washer and start the washing cycle. Our cleaners will move to dryer.

Leave beds as is

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests wishing to use kayaks and other water amenities will be required to sign a RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (provided by the hosts).
