My family used this property as extra housing for an event in the area. We went in not expecting much, but we were very pleased with the arrangements. The setting is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The host has packed just about as many amenities into the property as possible with a "burn ban friendly" propane fireplace, putting green, hot tub and comfortable outdoor furniture. The house itself is thoughtfully stocked down to amenities for pets.We very much enjoyed the "farm" setting with the sound of sprinklers in nearby fields and cows in the neighboring property. Very enjoyable experience and a good location within minutes of Oroville. The host was very responsive to every need we had before check-in and during our visit.
