Exploring Hawaii: Grandma and granddaughter trip

We had a wonderful stay, the view and the location was great. We could walk into Kona, shop and enjoy a meal then stroll back to a wonderful sunset. Highly recommend!

Amenities were good - the beds were described as better than they were - the view was amazing but due to the ac unit being on the deck we had limited use - strongly recommend adding the deck caveat to the listing.

Wonderful vacation stay

This is such a great place! The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable and the AC works well. The decor is wonderful, and the two bedrooms/baths made our stay perfect. We honestly didn't want to come home!

Mom and Son trip

What a view!

We really liked the view and outdoors terrace (the outdoors furniture was great--who is the maker?). Eating breakfast to the sound of the ocean and watching sunsets there was wonderful. We also liked the living spaces and kitchen and the proximity to town. The stairs are a bit of a climb.

Wonderful Rental Property

We stayed at Sea Village 1302 for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is extremely well kept, has everything you need and more - the beach chairs and beach towels were an added bonus. We would highly recommend renting this unit. The Vacasa team was great at communicating updates and instructions before, during and after our stay.

Amazing Sunsets!

This unit was great for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed. Sea Village is well looked after, the pool, hot tub, and common areas were awesome. Sunsets off the deck are 5-star! The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys were an added bonus. Would absolutely recommend!

Great view. Great location. Comfortable beds and all else provided. Only thing is toaster does not work, but we grilled bagels in a pan instead. Pool and hot tub were lovely. We used the outside grill to cook our deep sea caught fish. Yummy.

Beautiful view

View from the Lanai was beautiful, only complaint was the Master bedrooms AC unit (main reason for picking this specific unit) didn't work properly and after leaving message we didn't hear anything back so we used fans.

Our trip November 05.-13.

We were 8 days in this wonderful apartment! It was like a second home. We felt very comfortable. Everything was perfect. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. The location of the apartment can not be topped. Watching dolphins for breakfast in the morning and a spectacular sunset in the evening. There was a problem with the air conditioning in the main bedroom. We were immediately offered help from the management. However, we were then able to help ourselves. We could have stayed vor ever. Hidden Gem

We wanted to leave a review to thank this property owner and help fellow travelers with making a decision on a place to stay. In short, you will not be disappointed. This condo is exactly as advertised from the amenities to the location. First, the condo is well equipped with everything you will need to cook, do laundry, or visit the beach. It’s not in the listing but we found a nice assortment of beach gear including chairs, masks, and beach toys. The two king beds were very comfortable and there is very good air conditioning units in both bedrooms. Between the ceiling fans and A/C we found sleeping to be very uncomfortable after a long day in the sun. The listing pictures cannot impart how beautiful the view is from the lanai. The sitting area is private yet provides panoramic views of the ocean and the town of Kona. We watched everything from flying fish to whales while sipping morning coffee. Also, the pool and spa are just a short walk away to complete the perfect day. Parking was refreshing easy and we never had an issue finding a spot. You will not be disappointed with this quiet hidden gem in Kona. A big thank you to the owners and property management company (Vacasa) for a wonderful vacation in Kona.

Beautiful location-

Beautiful views, the sound of crashing waves, clean working grills and close to restaurants, shopping and activities. We choose this unit because it had 2 King size beds and A/C. We were very disappointed that the A/C in the master bedroom had not been repaired after being reported to the management company in September. We were contacted on the day of arrival and agreed to have a repair man come during our stay requesting a call or text ahead of time to inform us of his arrival. He showed up twice with no previous notification-once in the morning to do a diagnostic test and trouble shoot and once at almost 6pm to complete the repair of pulling and replacing wires between all 3 units. Really?? This would be a 3-4 hour project. Questionable professionalism and availability. Perhaps the management company needs to rethink who they are hiring for a timely needed repair-especially since units with A/C cost more to rent-you then expect that service to be available or be offered some kind of compensation. The built-in ice maker made little to no ice-this was reported to management along with the coffee grinder needing to be replaced.
