Guest access :Entire house 1 bedroom, 1 bath house and grounds around the home and pond for fishing access. Plenty of parking for cars and for trailers or boats. Other things to note
NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house, there is an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 for smoking and vaping inside. Smoking is allowed outdoor with cigarette butts placed in the designated areas. There is a designated ash and cigarette butt tray outside for disposal.
We do have a White couch, please be respectful of clothing or dirty shoes when coming in from outside to sit.
