* Fitted kitchen integrated into the living area, equipped with:
4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and high-quality kitchen utensils
* 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large closet, and a flat-screen TV
* Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer
* Terrace with patio furniture.
* Iron and ironing board available
* The entire apartment is equipped with radiant floor heating.
* Non-smoking (however, smoking is permitted on the balcony).

For an additional fee, fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens (initial set; please book as an add-on).

The property is situated in the heart of the UNESCO South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve, surrounded by unspoiled nature. From the balcony or terrace with ocean views, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and sunshine on Rügen.

It’s not just the perfect location for a relaxing holiday that makes this villa so special. The town centre is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Whether you’re looking for the beach, culture, shopping, dining, hiking, or activities with your children—our holiday rental is the perfect starting point for all your adventures. By the way, you can easily reach the beach via the beach lift.

For an additional fee, fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made up with linens (initial set—please book in advance).

Do you like to stay connected even while on holiday? You’ll find free Wi-Fi in the holiday apartments. Each holiday rental has a parking space available right next to the building. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in a lockable room.

The public transit bus stop is approximately 600 metres away.
