Its tropical dry forest-inspired palette layers sun-washed neutrals, sand, clay, pale grasses, warm wood, natural stone, handmade-feeling tile, tactile wall coverings, terrazzo, and bronze-toned fixtures. Guests may also have access to Indigo’s shared on-property experiences and services, such as the shala, surf school, juice and smoothie bar, concierge services, in-villa chef experiences, transportation support, and local activity planning, subject to availability, schedules, and any applicable additional costs.

Indigo Coastal Villas is located in Nosara, Guanacaste, one of Costa Rica’s most distinctive coastal communities. Nosara is known for surf, yoga, wellness, nature, independent restaurants, relaxed outdoor living, and a pace that feels both active and unhurried.



Villa 1 is set within a private coastal-jungle landscape close to both Playa Guiones and Playa Pelada. Playa Guiones is the daily anchor for many guests: long beach walks, consistent surf, warm water, wellness studios, cafes, restaurants, and the broader Nosara rhythm. Playa Pelada offers a quieter coastal mood with rocky points, tide pools, shaded corners, sunset gathering spots, and beach dining.



The property also borders the Ostional National Wildlife Refuge, which helps protect the shoreline and preserve the natural beach experience. Indigo is near the beach and connected by jungle paths, but it is not beachfront, oceanfront, or ocean-view. Getting Around:

Indigo’s concierge can help coordinate transportation to and from the property and around Nosara. Options may include private airport transfers, rental cars, local shuttles, golf carts, ATVs where permitted, and Nosara’s memorable tuk tuks.

Indigo Coastal Villas is located in a living tropical environment. Guests may see or hear birds, butterflies, insects, howler monkeys, and other wildlife. This is part of the beauty of staying in Nosara’s coastal jungle, though wildlife sightings and activity naturally vary.



The beach and surrounding protected areas should be treated with care. Guests should stay on approved routes, respect posted rules, avoid disturbing wildlife, follow quiet hours and community guidelines, and observe any restricted nighttime access during turtle nesting periods.



Optional services such as pre-arrival grocery stocking, private in-villa chefs, additional housekeeping, wellness classes, surf lessons, transportation, restaurant guidance, family activities, nature experiences, and other curated experiences may be available for an additional cost and should be arranged in advance whenever possible.
