About this property

Ferienwohnung 1 - Brennerei Federow

The holiday rental is newly built. It consists of a hallway, a kitchen/living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.

The building was constructed around 1830 as a distillery. Schnapps was still distilled there regularly until the 1950s. From around 1958 to 1975, the building housed a poultry farm. From 1975 through 2018, the building stood virtually empty and was left to fall into disrepair. Parts of the roofs had collapsed, and water was seeping through the building all the way down to the basement.
In 2018, our family began restoring the property. The chimney was renovated, two roofs were fitted with new roof trusses, and much more was done. After four years of construction, we have now completed two holiday apartments. The facade shines in new splendour

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung in Federow
