Very impressed with the two bedroom condo! We usually need a 3 bed but this worked perfect for a girls trip! Not necessarily a complaint, there was some bar soap residue in the hall shower. Overall, everything was clean! We had a minor issue with the stove and it was resolved the very next morning! Maintenance was excellent!

Could use some minor repairs and random changes. Patio furniture was dirty, looked like greasey handprints that hadn't been wiped off, door frames had areas were hands repeatedly touch and looked dirty, a kitchen rag would have been helpful as we had to use one of the bath rags to wash dishes. I closed the air vent in the master bath sink area as it was so cold and I noticed some mold around the air vent. Overall it was a nice condo and we would stay at the location again! Elevators were fast for such a large condo building.Hallways and floors in the building always clean and not wet.

I traveled to Gulf Shores to celebrate 4th of July and found this condo on the 18th floor. It’s in a very well maintained  condo community with a fantastic view. There is available space for parking but the HOA only allows each condo two cars to register and the parking fee is not included with condo rental. We walked in the condo to find this home very clean. The door code allowed us to get in with no problems.  The primary room has plenty of drawer and closet space to unpack clothing. The  TV has dish network accessing multiple stations to view and there is a wrap around patio with access from primary bedroom and living room with a view of the beach. Primary bedroom bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash cloths, hand soap in the bathroom and toilet paper.  You may want to bring extra toilet paper and your favorite soap. The second bedroom is space for two adults, plenty of drawer space and TV.  There is also a very small room with a bunk bed for small children that also has a TV. The living room has puzzles and books if you get bored with the beach. Love the decor in the home with lots of natural sunlight and plenty of space to move around.  The closets have limited hangers for clothes, so bring your own. The host liquid life was very responsive and tended to all our needs.  The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, eating utensils, coffee maker for pods, plates, glasses , bowls, crockpot, wine glasses etc. Would love to stay again.

The condo itself has a great location and the views are wonderful. We have stayed at many lighthouse condos and this one was ok. After check in we noticed the air conditioner was struggling so we reached out and turns out next day it ended up being frozen and needed repair. Unit had to completely thaw out in order to be repaired. So the next day it was fixed enough to allow it to cool down (after thawing out and smelling like mildew). Communication was lacking and owners/property management never let us know (without me finally asking) that the unit wasn’t actually fixed and then our stay was interrupted several times by different service/repair companies coming in (a couple just showed up and we were never notified)to give them quotes to actually fix it at a later date. After three days of ME asking they finally did give us a refund but at first only were going to give 20% of two nights base charge. I asked for 100% of base charge. After several messages they finally did agree to that. It was appreciated but I shouldn’t have to ask. Then we get that behind us and next day another knock on our door and some company was trying to deliver a couch to our unit. This was on a Saturday morning and we had to get our boys out of their pull out couch bed so they could switch it out. They did not give us any notice on this, which was completely unacceptable after all the other daily interruptions. They never did offer any other compensation. Disappointed in communication.

Family Vacation

We vacationed here with our adult children for 5 days and had an absolute blast! The place was clean, had the essentials, and kept us comfy! Check-in and check-out was flawless. We will definitely be back! Apx 15 minute walk to The Hangout. You won’t be disappointed!
