Beautiful modern apartment loft T4 + large terrace 25m2 SOUTH exposure, located on the 3rd and last level while being on one level. no neighbor above. Ideal family (rooms with sliding doors) apartment rented to max 5 people (2 adults 3 children) not rented to more than 4 adults. Swimming pool on the 1st level, secure and supervised (July August) + small pool (children - 4 years) open from mid May to mid October. Supermarket shops and pharmacy down hill in 3 minutes by car
Access possible on foot to town center and beaches in 20 minutes by shortcuts for good walkers., In 8 minutes by car.
Free shuttle in high season in the morning to the city center, at the foot of the residence; however vehicle recommended
