The Location
Braderup is a tranquil little village that attracts nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet alike. Nestled in lush greenery, it offers the perfect balance between rural idyll and proximity to unique nature experiences. You’re just 20 kilometres from the Wadden Sea, where—depending on the tide—you can swim or explore the North Sea on mudflat hikes. The Danish border is also only 8 kilometres away, making cultural excursions easy. For shopping or a Sunday stroll, Süderlügum, with its open shops, is about 3 kilometres away.

The Amenities
The approximately 120-square-meter, detached house with its cosy thatched roof offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the open-concept living area with a cosy sitting area featuring a TV and a hi-fi system (Sonos). Enjoy a delicious family dinner, a hearty holiday breakfast, or fun game nights at the large dining table.
The open, modern kitchen offers convenient amenities: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, range hood, Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, and a toaster.

The holiday home has three bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200) on the ground floor; the other two are accessible via a spiral staircase to the upper floor: Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed (180×200), and Bedroom 3 with two single beds.

Two bathrooms with showers (one on the ground floor and a second on the upper floor) complete the picture. A washer-dryer is available to you free of charge.

End your day on the covered, stylishly furnished terrace with a beach chair.
In the middle of the lush garden, you’ll also find a charming barrel sauna (free to use) made of high-quality wood. Its design blends perfectly with nature and offers a wonderful view of the garden.
The garden, which spans a good 1,000 square metres, offers plenty of space for young and old alike to play and run around.

Special Features
In this non-smoking home, we’re happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi. Since October 2023, you can also enjoy high-speed fiber-optic internet while on holiday. Bicycles can be stored in a shed.
Two parking spaces are located directly behind the house.

For our taller guests, it’s very important to note that the ceiling height in the living/dining area is 1.70 m in some places.

An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be added through the optional services.
