Ferienwohnung "schwanennest"

The "Schwanennest" holiday rental is located just 500 metres from Weißensee and can accommodate two to a maximum of four people. The apartment features a living and dining area. From here, you also have access to the balcony. The sofa folds out into a sleeper sofa. The apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom features a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.

The residential complex also includes a swimming pool and two saunas. One is available to all residents of the complex, and the other can be reserved for private use. However, these are closed in November. There’s also a tennis court right in front of the building. The barbecue area in front of the house is perfect for gathering in the evenings when the summer weather is nice. There’s also a large playground here for children. You can park your car in an outdoor parking space. You can store your bicycles in the basement (right off the entrance to the house).
The total price includes final cleaning as well as bed linens and towels. If you’re staying with us for more than ten nights, you’re eligible for a free change of towels and bed linens. Please schedule an appointment with us for this.

eine gute, solide, sehr saubere Ferienunterkunft. An der Ausstattung fehlt nichts, die Betten sind gut, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche oder Bedarfe offen. Die Fenster haben Verdunklungsgardinen, die auch sehr gut gegen Hitze funktioniert haben, so dass auch bei 34 Grad draußen ein angenehmes Klima in der Wohnung war. Auf dem Balkon kann man wunderbar frühstücken (Morgensonne). Tolle Lage, ruhig und doch ganz nah dran an diesem wunderbaren See und an Füssen. Spielplatz, Minigolf direkt vor der Tür... Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnanlage! Einzig die Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder (war angegeben- eine Prämisse für unsere Entscheidung für diese FeWo) war nicht ideal. Sehr gut im Handling (ebenerdig/ direkt neben dem Eingang) war sie durch die Hausbewohner übervoll genutzt. Ein Abstellen war nur mit viel Mühe, Vorsicht und Zeitaufwand möglich. Prüfung der Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder/ eigenes "Keller"abteil. Wir haben unseren Fahrradträger über den Fahrstuhl mit auf den Balkon genommen, da keine verschließbare Abstellmöglichkeit bestand. Da der Fahrradraum absolut überfüllt voll war, haben wir jedes mal sämtliches Zubehör (Gepäcktaschen) von den Rädern abbauen müssen (erhöhter Zeitaufwand) und waren uns immer ob der Sicherheit unsicher, da es nicht möglich war, die Fahrräder fest am/ im Gebäude an Halterungen anzuschließen (Kriterium der Versicherung). Wenn für die FeWo ein eigener Abstellraum zur Verfügung stände, wäre es optimal. Hinweise zum Müll: Wir haben allen Müll fein säuberlich getrennt (wir sind es so gewöhnt und der Mülleimer in der FeWo war auch so vorgesehen) um dann quasi trotzdem alles in die selbe Mülltonne zu werfen... Es steht nur ein Restmüll- Behälter da, Papier wird auf einem "Haufen" gesammelt... Das geht besser. Ehepaar im Aktiv- Urlaub, mit Rädern
