Our holiday home is particularly well-suited for family gatherings, hiking groups, motorcyclists, or a holiday with friends. Thanks to the spacious layout and expansive outdoor areas, everyone can find their own private retreat while still having plenty of room to spend time together. The house is bright, filled with natural light, and generously proportioned. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and atmospheric sunsets in a peaceful, natural setting. The holiday home has a full basement. The fully tiled basement area features a summer kitchen, a shower, a sauna, and a spacious recreation and relaxation room. Here, a modern massage chair also invites you to relax and unwind after an eventful day. The ground floor (approximately 90 m²) features the entryway, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and the open-concept living and dining area. Adjacent to this, the cosy fireplace room is perfect for social evenings. The entire ground floor is tiled and features comfortable underfloor heating. From the living and dining area as well as the fireplace room, you have direct access to the spacious terrace and the approximately 1,000 m² garden. The partially covered terrace offers a lovely place to relax in any weather. The new outdoor fireplace creates a particularly cosy atmosphere in the evening and, together with the barbecue area, invites you to enjoy convivial hours outdoors. Through the garden, you have direct access to the adjacent forest—ideal for walks, hikes, and a little time out in nature. The spacious bathroom (approximately 20 m²) features a toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink. In addition to wall-mounted radiators, underfloor heating ensures a pleasant level of comfort here as well. Our holiday home is a modern low-energy house and features a solar system, a heat pump, and air conditioning. Sustainability and living comfort go hand in hand here. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There are plenty of parking spaces (some covered) right next to the house, so you can park your vehicle conveniently and safely. Dogs are also welcome here. The expansive green spaces surrounding the house, as well as direct access to the forest, offer ideal conditions for relaxing walks and a restful holiday with your four-legged companion. We want you to feel at home from the very first moment and to enjoy your stay to the fullest in this peaceful, nature-filled setting.Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Keys are provided via a key safe or in person. Pets are allowed. An extra bed for the 7th and 8th person is available upon request and for a fee. Charging Station: Charging an electric car during your stay at our holiday home costs 0.20 EUR/kWh. Sauna: Guests may use our sauna and wellness area free of charge! Ample free parking is available!
