Spain’s largest shopping centre, “La Zenia Park,” is just a 5-minute drive away. There isn’t a single European fashion brand you won’t find here.

Torrevieja offers the culture and theatre of a major city and treats its guests to a wide range of events. Many stores selling fashion and trendy accessories await your visit. In addition to expansive natural areas for walking and relaxing, you’ll find playgrounds for children, go-kart tracks, sports fields, and several water parks.

Shopping, restaurants, and small shops are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Additional restaurants, banks, bars, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, etc., are located approximately 1,100 m away. Or reserve the affordable in-house guest car, which is available in the guest garage upon request. Airport transfer is included. Free parking is available in front of the complex. A secure garage space beneath the apartment can be provided for 5 euros per day.
