The holiday rental is located in a 3-story townhouse dating from the early 20th century, in the wooded Kniepervorstadt area. Walking through the city forest and past the fishing lake, you’ll reach the Stralsund Zoo in about a 30-minute walk—an ideal starting point for walkers, joggers, and cyclists!

Good shopping options are about 800 metres away, and just 20 metres away you’ll find a public playground for young children with a ping-pong table, as well as access (about 100 metres away—bus lines 1, 3, and 6) to public transport. A tennis court is located just about 100 m away.

The historic old town and the harbour of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund are just a 10-minute walk away.

You can park your car on the street for free. There is a storage area on the property for your bicycles.

The host family has a large dog. Therefore, guests with a dog may only stay here upon prior arrangement (additional cost).

A bike rack is available in the garden for 2 bikes. Alternatively, 2 bikes can be stored in the basement upon consultation with the host.

This holiday rental, located in a 20th-century city villa, captivates with its high ceilings and thoughtfully designed, comfortable rooms. Old and new elements are harmoniously combined in the furnishings, and the light-filled sunroom with a terrace is a highlight.

The 110-square-meter apartment (1st floor—approx. 6 steps) with 3 bedrooms is ideal for multigenerational holidays or larger families. While the first bedroom (double bed 1.90 x 2.00 m) has its own small balcony, the second bedroom (double bed 1.90 x 2.00 m) features a nostalgic-looking fireplace. The third bedroom is furnished with a 1.60-meter-wide bed. The bedrooms are furnished with spacious wardrobes, providing plenty of storage space.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet.

Use of the fireplace is permitted only after prior arrangement with the host.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
