Bemerkenswert war das Mitdenken Ihrer Mitarbeiterin bzgl. unserer Ankunft mit der ÖV und der Schlüsselübergabe am Kiosk in Samedan. Kompliment! Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Abmachungen bzgl. Schlüsselrückgabe. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Region. Besten Dank! Sehr saubere Wohnung. Sehr ruhige Lage, dennoch nicht allzu weit von der Bus- und Zughaltestelle. Toll! Wir hätten uns gefreut, ein Feuer im Kamin zu machen. Eine Kiste Kaminholz im ÖV zu tragen ist leider ja nicht so praktisch.

Im Grossen und Ganzen alles Top. Mit nur wenig Aufwand könnten Sie das Erlebnis noch besser gestalten. Die Abgabe von 2 Geschirrspültabs sowie 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier könnte durchaus erhöht werden. Dadurch würden jetzt auch nicht gerade die Kosten explodieren. In der Küche wären wir froh gewesen, wenn ein wenig Verbrauchsmaterial wie Backtrennpapier, Alu-oder Frischhaltefolie vorhanden gewesen wäre. Auch Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer und ein paar Gewürze wären super gewesen aber davon war gar nichts vorhanden. Solche Dinge laufen nicht ab und wären sehr hilfreich.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung am Telefon. Prompte Buchung und Mietvertragsübermittlung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Schlüsselübergabe Problem los. Sehr gute Information für Wohnungsanreise mündlich und schriftlich. kompetent und sehr freundlich Wohnung sehr schön, entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet. Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Waschmaschine und Tumbler top. 3-4 Sachen, die ich vermisst habe. zb. in der Küche mittlerer Kochtopf (20-22 cm) Besen und Kehrichtschaufel, Abwaschmittel und Putzmittel, auf dem gedeckten Balkon, Stühle (Tisch vorhanden und Grill) Sonnenschirm, auf dem kleinen Balkon keine Sitzgelegenheit, auf der Terrasse Tisch und Stühle (2 Stück bei Besuch reicht das nicht) vorhanden, aber keinen Schirm und Sitzpolster. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.
