The Sunset House - Bright, Coastal, Pond View, Amenities and Close to Beaches
Built in 2024, this house sparkles with great light and amazing sunsets! Friendly, gated community with pool, gym and pickellball/tennis courts. 3 bedrooms, with an office/den that includes a sleeper sofa. Gorgeous sunsets. Pond view. Food trucks on weekends. Smart TVs, and WiFi. Monthly house cleanings included. We are looking for annual rental at the rate shown. We are close to Charlotte Sports Park-catch Spring training baseball and concerts at the Twisted Fork. Unless seeking an annual rental, this property IS not available December to April.
