Auf unsere Bitte um Beschaffung einer neuer Leselampe - statt der defekten - gab es keine Rückmeldung. Die Wohnungseigentümerin sollte sich auch zu LED-Birnen mit 40 W-Lichtleistung statt "Funzeln" mit 25 W und zu neuem einheitlichen Geschirr durchringen.

Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte trotz der unplanmässig verspäteten Anreise problemlos per Schlüsselkasten.
Einige Kleinigkeiten fielen mir im Laufe des Aufenthaltes auf und sollten zukünftig beim Mieterwechsel genauer beachtet werden:
- Anstelle von Tabs für den Geschirrspüler befand sich ein Pod für die Waschmaschine in der Küche, vermutlich wurde einer schon davor für den Geschirrspüler benutzt
- Ein Sektglas war stark beschädigt
- Eine Wandlampe war nicht funktionsfähig
- Eine Seite der Duschabtrennung löste sich unvermittelt bei Benutzung, nach Schadensmeldung kam der Handwerker recht schnell und hat zumindest die vorübergehende Funktionsfähigkeit wieder hergestellt

Automatenstimme am Telefon (wählen sie bitte die 1...etc.), immer telefonisch erreichbar für alle Fragen, freundlicher, entspannter Umgangston. Wir empfehlen ihre Vermietung guten Gewissens weiter.
