Ferienhaus Lieblingsquartier

The “Lieblingsquartier” holiday home was built in 2018. It is located in Tating, the small, tranquil town neighbouring St. Peter-Ording, just a few minutes’ drive from the popular Ordinger Strand (approx. 7 km).

The house is located right next to the popular Schweizerhaus restaurant and the “Hochdorfer Garten” garden monument, on the edge of a field and within walking distance of the bakery and the Tating train station. The Open Country golf course is also just a few minutes away by bike.

With just under 110 square metres spread over two levels, this semi-detached house offers space for up to 6 people. The house features a well-designed layout with bright, light-filled, and spacious rooms, as well as underfloor heating.

The furnishings are modern and inviting—you’ll feel right at home! Upon entering the house, you’ll find yourself in the entryway with a coat closet. The spacious living-dining area, with its open—and fully equipped—kitchen, is perfect for shared meals and game nights.

The sun-drenched patio and garden, complete with patio furniture and a parasol, invite you to relax.

Modern, latest-generation QLED TVs with satellite TV, smart apps, and high-speed internet (100 Mbits) are, of course, available free of charge.

An open wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor. Here you’ll find three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. The largest of the three bedrooms also features a desk with an Ethernet connection, in case you need to get some work done.

The large bathroom with a window on the upper floor has a shower and a bathtub, and the towel warmer keeps the towels cosy and warm. On the ground floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and toilet. The utility room is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, ironing board, etc.

You can park your car in the assigned parking space in the carport behind the house.
