Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to respond. We’d like to clarify that the reservation was made for 2 guests, but additional people—including children—arrived without prior notice. For this reason, the extra rooms were initially closed off. Unfortunately, these rooms were accessed without our authorization, which led to additional charges at the end of the stay. Regarding the humidity inside the house, we understand it may have been uncomfortable. Please note that due to the island’s climate—especially during rainy or foggy days—humidity levels can naturally be higher, something beyond our control.We had communicated that the property was undergoing remodeling and awaiting new furniture. Due to the island’s remote location and limited transport (a boat every 15 days, depending on the weather), delivery delays are sometimes unavoidable. We’re doing our best under these conditions, especially during high season when essentials take priority. As for the grounds, they are regularly maintained. We're happy to provide updated photos to show the care we put into the property. We always aim to offer a transparent and welcoming experience and regret any misunderstandings.
