ProsVery clean New propertyGood use of space Easy check inGreat communication ConsNot walkable to the pool/lagoon unless you only have a bag to carry. Not realistic with chairs, inflatables and especially paddle boards Paddles boards were provided but getting them to the beach area was very inconvenient in an SUVWater at the lagoon was so cold it was unenjoyable. Labor Day weekend should have the warmest water of the year but it was cold!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, beautiful new home, spacious layout, easy check-in, and our communication. It truly means a lot to us.
We’re sorry the walk to the lagoon and transporting the paddle boards and other gear was more challenging than expected. We also understand the disappointment with the cooler-than-expected water temperatures, especially over Labor Day weekend. While those things are outside of our control, we certainly appreciate you sharing your experience so future guests can plan accordingly.
It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again. Thank you for choosing Red Rock Vacation Rentals!
We loved our stay! Everything in the home was so nice, clean, and organized. The hot tub at the condo was a special treat and the resort amenities were great. We would definitely stay here again.
