The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please leave all bedding on the used beds. No need to strip the sheets, remove the mattress pad, or bundle the blankets. Please place all used towels in the laundry room on laundry room floor.

VERY IMPORTANT! Please be respectful of neighbors! Observe quiet time hours between 10pm and 7am

Please load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Place a dishwasher soap pod in the bottom and run a normal cleaning cycle with the heated rinse. The dishwasher is touch operated-no need to press hard.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NO smoking or vaping is allowed

If rental is for 30 days or more a professional cleaning is required each 30 day increment at the renter’s expense. The cost is $500 per cleaning.

Trash day is Friday. If renting through the week, Please set out green bins every Thursday eve. Recycle bin has a red top set out every other week.
