Our freshly renovated (June 2025) lovingly furnished holiday apartment "Deck 1" on the ground floor is 85 square meters large and is divided into a light-flooded living room with a cozy sofa, dining area for up to 5 people, satellite TV including Netflix and free Wi-Fi. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 180x200 cm box spring bed, a double dresser and a clothes rail. There is space for a baby bed (or an extra bed that can be booked for the 5th person). Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a dresser. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, hairdryer and daylight. Dogs are welcome! A dog bed and bowls are provided. The garden is fenced. For rainy days, we offer board games and a swap library! A Lego Duplo box is ready for smaller children.
The holiday apartment has a terrace with dyke view and evening sun, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill, as well as a fenced garden that is exclusively used by the guests of holiday apartment Deck 1, which can be extensively used for badminton tournaments, croquet world championships, and endless stick throwing with your furry friends. Behind the property flows a small stream. The apartment includes two private parking spaces. Tip: Feel free to grab our two dyke chairs, tuck a cool drink under your arm, and enjoy the wide view of the Eider estuary and our impressive birdlife on the dyke.
Core renovated new building (year of construction 2025). The Wi-Fi is free, there is a television in the living room, Netflix is included. Washing machine and dryer are available free of charge.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace, an ashtray is provided. Upon request, we can provide a travel baby cot, a high chair, and a baby bathtub; please indicate this when booking. The apartment is suitable for 4 people + baby. A foldable bed in bedroom 1 for a 5th person can be booked for an additional fee. The city of Tönning charges a tourist tax, which must be paid directly to the tourist office on-site.

Those who appreciate tranquility, nature, and idyllic surroundings will find exactly what they are looking for behind the dike with us. Here, sheep, oystercatchers, and Brent geese say goodnight. In just 10-15 minutes on foot along the dike, you can reach the dog beach. Shortly beyond that is the Tönning bathing beach (grass, no sandy beach) with a great adventure playground for the little ones, and right behind it is the outdoor pool. It's about two kilometers to the picturesque, historic harbor of Tönning and the center. Here you will find restaurants, cafes, shops, and shopping opportunities, even on Sundays during the season. A visit to the Multimar Wattforum and a boat trip to the seal banks in Tönning should not be missed. The beautiful nature and bird sanctuary "Katinger Watt" is only about 6 km away and offers numerous hiking trails for both two-legged and four-legged friends. In just 7 km, you can reach the Eider Barrage and the North Sea, and in only 20 driving minutes, you can be in the bustling Sankt-Peter-Ording, the "largest sandbox in the world" with.
