Overview the body of water and the beautifully landscaped garden in the morning calm. Evenings can be spent watching movies in the living room or playing board games at the dining table. The summer months you can spend on the two terraces, barbecue and just enjoy the sea breeze.
From the private garden you can walk onto the well-maintained common area along the coast and down to the beach. Here you can swim, sunbathe and cast your fishing line on the beach and on the shared jetty.
