In Wackerballig, in northern Schleswig-Holstein—away from mass tourism—this cosy Scandinavian-style home is situated directly on the natural beach of the Baltic Sea.

It accommodates 6 people, who can stay in 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed.

On the upper floor, between the first bedroom (which features a loggia and ocean views) and the second bedroom, there is a convenient small guest bathroom.

The ground floor is divided into a hallway, a small wellness room with a sauna and an additional two-person sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and double sink, a practical utility room with a washer-dryer, and the light-filled living room. Thanks to the gently sloping property, this living room offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from every angle—whether from the sofa area with a fireplace or the open kitchen with its adjoining dining area.

It’s just 20 metres from the holiday home’s large terrace to the beach. Ideal for families: The water is very shallow—often only knee- to hip-deep—making it perfect for younger children to splash around.

A surf-/sailing school/restaurant/playground & football field, bike & hiking trails are all located in the immediate vicinity.

On windy days, windsurfers and kitesurfers enjoy the bay. Those seeking peace and quiet can watch them—along with the numerous sailboats—right from the sofa. On cold days, relax in the sauna, by the warm fireplace, or watch the sea from the loggia, wrapped in a cosy blanket and sipping a warming cup of tea.
