Private villa with a sea view on Ingarö near Stockholm

Only 45 minutes from Stockholm on wonderful Ingarö you can find the Villa Ramsängen, a large house without look at the neighbors and a beautiful view over the water of Baggensfjärden. The house is located in an idyllic rural setting with many walking paths and wild animals (deer, fox, badger moose, raven and rabbit).The house is 170 square meters with beds for 7 people divided into four bedrooms. There is a nice kitchen and living room in one, as well as a TV room. In the house there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and a guest toilet.On Ingarö there are cozy sandy beaches, a bathing jetty, a tennis court and a golf course. There are good bus connections here. 8 kilometers from the house at Värmdö Marknad there is an entrance car park with frequent bus traffic to Stockholm. The buses run every 10 minutes.Then it only takes 25 minutes to central Stockholm and all that the big city has to offer. The nearest grocery store is in Brunn on Ingarö which is 7 km or Värmdö market which is also 7 km. It is 3 miles to Stockholm, the lock.4 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with double bed, 3 with a single bed, 4 with a bunk bed) plus extra bed. In winter, you need a 4x4 and preferably studded tires when it's sub-zero to get there
