Bus and tram lines are a 2- to 7-minute walk away. Shopping, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance.

The apartment has been extensively renovated in recent months. An interior designer planned the furnishings and floor plan. It features a new bathroom with a shower, a new kitchen, an entryway, a living area with a corner sofa, and a sleeping area with a 1.60-meter-wide bed, a dining area connected to the kitchen, and a small balcony.
