Architect-designed house in one of the most beautiful areas of Germany, right on the Swiss border. Fantastic view of the Swiss Alps.
Top-equipped kitchen with branded appliances and cooking island, excellent sense of space thanks to the 5 m high living-dining area, which continues in the bedroom with a walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
Direct access to the outdoors from all rooms thanks to the perfectly utilized hillside location.
Huge, overgrown property with several outdoor seating areas, shade or sun all day, you decide.
Small private wellness area with fitness equipment, whirlpool and sauna. Direct access to the secluded garden.
Hiking, horse paradise, horseback riding nearby, e-biking, swimming, culture: everything is possible. Numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Hofgut Albführen, Gasthof Rebstock, Gasthof Löwen within walking distance.
Lake Constance, southern Black Forest, Zurich wine country are easily accessible.
Fresh regional products available in the village shop with bistro. Car is an advantage.
30 minutes to Zurich, 20 minutes to the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, 15 minutes to Zurzach. Car required. Because of a lot of steps not for handicaped people.

Stunning houseIts the cleanest house we’ve probably ever stayed in..We loved the chefs kitchen ..the showers The view from the sitting roomThe treats …chocolateEverything we needed for out stay was supplied…Towels, tea towels and the red squirrel who came to see us in the garden…the views are breathtaking The surrounding area is like something off the sound of music…fields of flowers and the gentle tinkle of cow bells I’ve probably left loads outIt’s fabulous We were met by Richard and Ella …who were the nicest people and so helpful ..giving great tips for the local area If you decide to come here you won’t regret it

At Swiss border, gorgeous view!

There were two of us couples, long-time friends, celebrating a big birthday and a big anniversary, and this house was exactly what wewere looking for! Immaculately clean, spacious, short drive to shops, 30 minutes to Zurich Airport, about 15 minutes to gorgeous Rheine River Falls. Quiet, quaint area, and owners/housekeeper were nearby and just the best!! We all highly recommend!!

Wonderful!

I loved staying in this beautiful Black Forest hillside hideaway! It's easy enough to get into Zurich from there and also to explore other surrounding cities such as Strasbourg and to just stay in the amazingly beautiful Black Forest region. Great view of the mountians in the distance from the living room!!

Peaceful house

My family is on a "European" vacation from the states. This house was plenty big for my family of 5. We enjoyed the space both indoor and outdoors. It was exceptionally clean. It was a 30-40 min drive from Zurich airport. There was a heatwave when we arrived and the neighbor who showed us around and spoke English also brought us another fan which was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this house to all who are looking for some peace and quiet away from the city.

Wir waren 12 Tage in dem wunderbaren Haus. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Es war vieles vorhanden, was man sonst vermisst. Es war alles sehr gut geordnet und unglaublich sauber. Die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen und reagierte auf jede Anfrage sofort. Es war ein wirklich schönes Erlebnis, in diesem Haus gewesen zu sein. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich.

Die Lage des Hauses ist echt schön und ruhig. Die Qualität der Einrichtung entspricht sehr hohem Standard und auch sehr gutem Geschmack. Tolles Haus, tolle Aussicht, Erholung pur

Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Das Haus ist toll, die Aussicht bis in die Schweizer Berge bezaubernd! Alles tiptop sauber! Man kann sich wunderbar erholen, egal ob vor dem Kamin oder in der Sauna. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so brauchen könnte. Check-In und Check-Out war auch prima.
