At the heart of Die is this family friendly cottage for 11 people. 5 carefully decorated bedrooms on three floors each with a special charm. Three rooms are arranged so as not to have a neighborhood. Two rooms (child room) and ("Indian" room) are nearby. On each floor there is a bathroom and WC. Two bathrooms have a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub.



Upstairs are a small and a large bright living room, overlooked by a mezzanine with library. Next to the mezzanine, a child's play room is equipped with a large plasma screen (48 inches) with DVD player to watch videos or play without disturbing other people in the house. Theliving room also has a 48-inch TV with internet access and Blue-Ray player.



The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, kettle, freezer, large fridge and a gas cooker as well as all the kitchen utensils.



On the ground floor, in a vaulted room with dim light, a SPA can accommodate five people.



The ground floor, with direct access to the street, allows easy storage: bikes, motorcycles, strollers, canoes, ski equipment ....



Two minutes walk from the cottage, a garage is available to tenants.



All shops, markets, pharmacies, media libraries, cinema, theater, bus station ..., are close to the cottage. The SNCF train station is 600 meters away.



Everything is achievable without taking the car.



The beachedge of the Drôme and the outdoor swimming pool are at +/- 500 m. The departure of the hiking trails are at the end of the street.



The ski slopes are 30 minutes away by car.

A jacuzzi is available for an extra fee.
