Following a complete renovation, Villa Vineta offers state-of-the-art amenities (e.g., lift, sauna) in a historic setting. Surrounded by the Baltic Sea on one side and Lake Schloonsee on the other, it offers a magnificent view of the water! The location right on the beach, surrounded by beautiful villas, is unbeatable!

These bright and sunny 3-room holiday apartments in the restored villa from 1896 are centrally located yet quiet in the lakeside resort town of Bansin on the beach promenade. Spanning approximately 56 square metres, you’ll find all the amenities you need to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. From the spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen, you have access to the south-facing balcony, which offers a wonderful view of Lake Schloonsee.
One of the two separate bedrooms features a comfortable box-spring bed from which you can also enjoy the view of Schloonsee.
The apartment is individually and lovingly furnished. Pictures of the sea, original etchings, and watercolours, among other things, contribute to this apartment’s special charm.

The building features a sauna as well as a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

A parking space is included in the rental price.

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. This way, you can always stay up to date or share your holiday photos with loved ones back home.

Der Strand ist "genau vor der Nase". Nur einmal kurz die Promenade überqueren und ein Treppchen hinab. Die Wohnung 9 selbst liegt aber auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Von hier hat man jedoch einen tollen Blick auf den Schloonsee.Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten auf jeden Fall genügend Platz. Das Haus ist mit einem Fahrstuhl ausgestattet. Der nächste (gute) Bäcker ist etwa 100 Meter entfernt. Wer nicht jeden Morgen Brötchen beim Bäcker holen möchte, kann aber auch in der gut ausgestatteten Küche im Backofen welche aufbacken.Check-In und Check-Out waren komplett stressfrei. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.
