Host was absolutely lovely ,met us on arrival From booking and photos we thought we was getting a balcony with a garden with a hot tub Unfortunately we didnt ,room was ok but in the basement No hot tub as advertised, lovely shower ,all ok for cooking on a hob ,beautiful location Room could probably benefit from a fan Next to washing /tumble room which is a bonus but quiet noisy

Very Convenient Property, clean, well kept

I have to say I was extremely pleased with the property. It was clean, so very convenient to the Garmisch area and relatively quiet. The host was most pleasant, answered questions before our stay, during our visit and even after we had checked out! She handled everything beautifully. I walked every day into Garmisch and would have a cappuccino and croissant. It is also within walking distance to the ski area and the train up to the Zugspitze. I have no reservations recommending this property. Do be aware that it is a studio, it is small but it definitely served our (a couple of 2) purpose. There was no mention of a smoke detector at the property, but we noted there IS one. If you are considering this area, this should be on your list of options.
