Special features

The wood-fired hottub takes 3 to 4 hours to heat up. The wood will be ready for you upon arrival. You must be present when lighting the wood-fired hottub. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app.
 (Unfortunately, the hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.) 

PLEASE NOTE: The hottub does not have a bubble function.

The electric hot tub takes approximately 1.5 hours to heat up. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app. The electric hot tub will be ready for you upon arrival.

We hadden een late aankomst, dat was perfect geregeld! Duidelijke instructies. Top lodge! Nr 4. Maar

We hadden een late aankomst, dat was perfect geregeld! Duidelijke instructies. Top lodge! Nr 4. Maar na een uurtje kwamen er achter dat de warmtepomp niet werkte. Dus geen verwarming en warm water. Buiten temp was -1. Na een belletje hieronder stonden er binnen 10 min 2 jongens voor de deur en zij hebben echt hun best gedaan om het te fixsen. Maar na 3 mislukte pogingen was het helaas niet gelukt om de warmtepomp te maken. Met 4 dekbedden naar bed want het was inmiddels 00:30 uur en super koud ondanks we hebben geprobeerd om de boel met de airco warm te stoken. De volgende ochtend werden we gebeld door de receptie dat de pomp echt stuk was en dat ze deze niet meer konden maken. We mochten een andere lodge kiezen. Nr 102. Hottub was natuurlijk nog niet gevuld en schoongemaakt maar Niek heeft dat keurig gedaan en ook direct het kapotte ruitje vervangen. Dat noem ik service! Echt vriendelijk personeel. Verder vonden we natuurlijk de natuur, de sauna en de Hottub fantastisch. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

De rust, de omgeving en de faciliteiten in en om het huisje en op het park. Zelfs in de winterperiode konden we er terecht om te eten. Ook het huisje vonden wij zeer aangenaam. Leuk ingericht, ruim en schoon. Duidelijke instructies voor alle apparaten aanwezig. Ook fijn: gratis tijdschriften (digitaal)! Het park ziet er gezellig uit en is goed onderhouden.
