One-bedroom apartment (approx. 45 m²) on two levels, equipped with air conditioning and a fully automatic coffee machine.
The beds are freshly made, towels are provided, and toilet paper is supplied as well.
Location: Bückeburg-Evesen, approximately 5 km from Minden railway station.
The apartment is part of a charming Art Nouveau villa with a commercial unit and an additional residential unit.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
The apartment is located in the attic/loft area on the first floor.
Completely renovated and newly furnished in summer 2023.
Please note: The apartment is situated near a railway line. However, with the windows closed, train noise is generally not noticeable or disturbing.

Eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. In der man sich wohlfühlt und jeder seinen bequemen Schlafplatz findet.Klimaanlage macht auf jeden Fall Sinn, da es dort schnell warm wird (Dachwohnung) und die Fenster aufgrund des Zug/Güterverkehrs für unseren Schlaf besser zu geblieben sind.Aus diesem Grund auch Sternabzug was das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis betrifft.

Gemütliches Apartment

Super schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles neu und ordentlich. Der Check-in lief absolut problemlos und am Abreisetag konnten wir ganz entspannt auschecken. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief ebenso unkompliziert über Whats App. Gerne wieder :)
